A special meeting for all of the Members of the Canadian Association of Agri-Retailers (the “Corporation”) will be held immediately following the Annual General Meeting of the Corporation, on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. (CST) at TCU Place, 35-22nd Street East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, for the following purposes:

  1. For each group of members of the Corporation to consider and, if thought appropriate, to pass a special resolution to amend Section 8 of the Articles of Continuance of the Corporation to add three new groups of Members of the Corporation and to amend By-law No. 1 of the Corporation to set out the conditions for membership for each such new group of members; and
  2. For the Primary Members to consider, and if thought appropriate, to pass a resolution to confirm the amendments to By-law No. 1 of the Corporation which have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Corporation, which amendments are more particularly set out in Schedule “B” attached hereto.

The text of the Special Resolution regarding amendment to the Articles of Continuance and By-Law No. 1 is annexed hereto as Schedule “A” (PDF, 103KB).

Voting by proxy is not permitted.
