The 2016 CAAR Conference invites you to discover your full potential as the trusted number one resource and critical conduit of information, goods, and service to your customers.
This year’s speaker program will help prepare your entire team to face the trend towards exceptional customer service, rapid-fire technology advancement, and maximizing team efficiency. To do this, you and your team will have to overcome any limitation in connecting with your customers by learning to adapt to generational shifts, maintaining strong customer relationships through employee turnover, adjusting sales techniques to truly engage your customers, and by being a trusted expert connected to the most up to date information and technology.
The CAAR Conference in 2016 will be hosted at TCU Place and the Sheraton Cavalier Hotel in Saskatoon, Sask. Feb. 16-18, 2016.

“Stop Selling and Start Storytelling”
Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, 2:00-3:00 p.m.
Stop selling into a marketplace that is drowning in a sea of sameness and start storytelling with messaging that matters to your customers. Hear from Tony Chapman a Master Strategist for some of the world’s Leading organizations and the Leaders that lead them. In his keynote he will inspire and motivate you but most importantly share his formula for how to craft your story based on their needs and in doing so engage with relevance and positively shape perceptions and buyer behaviour.
Tony Chapman is a top ranked motivational speaker who delivers powerful keynote addresses to conferences around the world. Tony is known for his Big Insights and Big Ideas. His mantra is ‘Head, heart and hands’ – in a marketplace drowning in a sea of sameness – the only way to engage a customer or consumer is by making your proposition – ‘head’ – easy to understand; ‘heart’ – about them and not you; and ‘hands’ – easy to buy.
