The CAAR Choice Awards highlight the achievements and dedication of CAAR members who serve their community, their growers and the ag retail industry. Please help CAAR celebrate excellence and champion people and businesses by submitting a nomination for the CAAR Awards. Awards will be presented at the CAAR 30th Anniversary Gala Banquet on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. Nominations for the CAAR Choice Awards awards close on October 15, 2025. 

Agronomist of the Year Award

The Agronomist of the Year Award recognizes an agronomist from a CAAR member location who consistently exceeds expectations through dedication to their field and their agronomic knowledge. Agronomists are a key touch-point with the farmer community that help farmers grow the best crop that they can. 

Supplier of the Year Award

The Supplier of the Year Award recognizes a CAAR supplier member who has gone above and beyond in 2025 to serve their customers and/or support CAAR as an industry association. This award honours the supplier who has stood out in the face of challenges and demonstrated excellence across various areas of their business.

Retailer of the Year Award

The Retailer of the Year Award recognizes a CAAR member location that has gone above and beyond in serving its customers. Some retail locations distinguish themselves through outstanding customer service, innovative business practices, and the use of new technologies to enhance operations.

Retailer Hall of Fame Award

The Retailer Hall of Fame award recognizes an individual from one member location who has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and dedication over time.

Growing Connections Award

Introducing the Growing Connections Award, presented in partnership with CANTERRA SEEDS. This honour recognizes ag retailers who go above and beyond in supporting their farm customers and communities. Nominees embody the grit, dependability, resilience, and adaptability that defines agriculture.

Recipients will be celebrated for excellence in customer service, strong relationships, innovative initiatives, and meaningful community impact.
