The Ministry of Agriculture in Saskatchewan is proposing to revise The Pest Control Products Regulations, 2015 to permit a licence category of remotely piloted aircraft systems, commonly known as drones, in Saskatchewan.

In early March, Health Canada’s PMRA published regulatory proposals for the initiative “Regulations Amending the Pest Control Product Regulations (Product Exemptions and Pest Control Devices)” for consultation.
