
Health Canada’s Pesticide Compliance Program (PCP) shared its report on pesticide products for which discontinuation was finalized on Jan. 1, 2025.
Products are sorted by categories*:
- Commercial/Agricultural: p.1 to p.11
- Domestic: p.12 to p.19
- Technical: p. 20 to 22
Consult the Health Canada Pesticide Product Information Database (Product Search Section) to confirm the registration status of a product and, if applicable, the last date on which the sale is permitted. In case of any discrepancy with the content of this list, the information in the database shall prevail.
Product discontinuations are generally driven by:
- A Health Canada re-evaluation or special review decisions, or
- A registrant decision to discontinue the commercialization of the product for business reasons.
PCP encourage encourages the sharing of this information with the members of your organization to help promote compliance with the Pest Control Product Act (PCPA), of which the primary objective is to protect human health and the environment.
