Manitoba Agriculture and Resource Development have communicated that no variance will be issued this year -- nitrogen and phosphorus cannot be applied before April 11, 2022.

Manitoba Agriculture and Resource Development have revised the restriction on winter application of nutrients. The current variance ended at midnight November 12, 2021, and will not be extended.
