    Hours of Service Exemption Permit Available in Manitoba

    Earlier this year Fertilizer Canada applied for an Hours of Service exemption permit in Manitoba for carriers transporting anhydrous ammonia intra-provincially, with the same terms as the federal exemption permit that FC has held since 2011.
